When Will My Card Arrive? – The Card Project USWe know it helps to have all the delivery info upfront. When you place an order, you want to know how it’s going to be sent, how long it’ll take, and what to do if something goes wrong. That’s all explained below so you can choose the option that suits you best. We ship from Missouri, Monday to Friday. Most orders are printed and posted the next working day. If you order early, it may go out the same day — but we always say give it a day to be sure.
Shipping Options for The USThere are three shipping options to choose from. They’re all handled by USPS, and they vary by speed and whether tracking is included. Standard Stamp – $0.99 This is the cheapest option. Your card will be sent in a regular envelope with a First Class USPS stamp.
Delivery can take longer in some areas, especially during busy times of year or bad weather. Ground Advantage – $4.99 This is a tracked option with quicker delivery times.
Once your card has been posted, you’ll be able to follow its progress until it arrives. Priority Mail – $9.99 This is the fastest option we offer.
Good choice if you need your card soon or just want to make sure it arrives quickly.
International Shipping OptionsThere are three options for international shipping. All prices are in US dollars. Delivery times depend on your location and how long customs takes. USPS First Class International – $1.99 This is the cheapest option. Your card will be sent in a regular envelope without tracking.
USPS International Package – $21.99 This is a tracked option with quicker delivery than standard mail.
UPS International – $24.99 This is the fastest and most reliable option we offer.
Customs and Import ChargesAny taxes, customs fees, or import charges are your responsibility. These are set by your country’s laws, and we can’t predict or control them. These charges are not included in our prices, and we don’t collect or cover them. If your country applies any fees when your order arrives, they must be paid by you. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure what might apply in your country.
Delayed Delivery? Here’s What To DoWe know it’s frustrating when something takes longer than expected. Most orders arrive on time, but delays do happen. These could be caused by bad weather, postal backlogs, or sorting issues along the way.
Here’s when to contact us about a replacement:
US Deliveries
Once the wait time has passed for your chosen delivery method, just email us and we’ll confirm a few details before sending a new card.
International Deliveries
If your card still hasn’t arrived after the time listed above, just send us an email. We’ll check a few details and arrange a replacement. We understand international delivery can be slower, especially with customs involved, but we’re always here to help if your order doesn’t show up. It’s also worth checking with your local customs office before getting in touch with us, as some orders can be held there ready for collection.
